I've been paying attention. I fully agree. He's not insane. He knows exactly what he's doing. He's savoring it in a way. Seems like he's going for a 6th amendment argument, where he gets to face his accuser, which is the state of WI, but WI is not a person. What he doesn't understand is the plaintiff is not an accuser, the witnesses are the accusers. Brooks will of course fail, and get 200+ years and or 6 life sentences.

Heck I am strongly against the death penalty but this case has made me really question my opinions on it because if ever in any case it was truly deserved, I definitely think this one would warrant it for sure!! My prayers and condolences go out to all of the victims that are still and will probably always suffer from this monstrous attack and the families of the victims! Regardless what they sentence this pure evil monster to, it'll never be enough but he will have to face God someday and that'll be when he gets exactly what he's got coming for this senseless attack!! whatever time they have set aside for this trial, they need double because of objections and disruptions. Still think it is heading for mistrial though, because he will kick off in front of the jury and say something that will warrant a mistrial. Hate to think who he is going to drag into court to testify on his behalf. One of them will most certainly be his ex-girlfriend, because it was obvious he just liked inflicting psychological pain on her.
