My husband and I (seniors) just downsized from a 1950's rural ranch home with 5-acres to a 1,200 s.q ft. FURNISHED condo. I said goodbye to all my antiques and MY own vintage hand-painted.and restored furniture I did keep my collection of artwork, and esp. my own original handmade paper canvas artwork throughout in highly textured natural colors.

Need to know the creamy white paint color you used throughout most of the house. It is goegeous!!! I have been searching for the perfect creamy white for my home for 3 years, and have swatched, painted, repainted, and it is still not right. This color is exactly what I am looking for! Needless to say, I think this is your best work to date. Love how you mixed the traditional with hints of modern making everything feel fresh and elegant. I want to live in this home!!!

Love the picture molding, but how do you regularly dust that molding that runs up a two-story wall, especially when it is obstructed by a stairway? Even with an extension pole, you can't possibly clean it thoroughly. Love the kitchen remodel to remove the angled island that was popular in the '80s for some mysterious reason.

Amazing transformation (seems like too light of a word for what you've done here!) I absolutely love that kitchen and the dutch doors. I do have one question, is the rug under the dining room table an outdoor rug. Do you usually try to have all four chair legs grounded on the rug, I noticed the shape of the room doesn't entirely accommodate a larger rug. Can't wait to see more of this reveal!

client wants what client wants. If it were me, i would leave some stone on the exterior; and maybe some of it inside. Everything else is pretty good, and it didn't disappoint.

Studio Mcgee- Is the kitchen island a quartersawn white oak? I'm looking for that exact tone of cabinet for our custom island. I'm wanting the cabinets to be something close to repose gray with the island being this color with the similar pulls on the cabinetry.
