I was late to comment still fighting my sinusitis and ear infections. I been sleeping a bit more. Alice took Bobby and Peter for their covid boosters. Carol and Mike are home with the other children binge watching Gayle Agonstilli. They know she has the most wholesome, fun and creative KZbin channel around!! Non-crafters wouldn't understand the edge-of-your-seat suspense of successfully applying carpet tape to a journal cover, but after a few tense moments, mission accomplished! It's great that they don't have to break through the wall to fix your plumbing - I would hate the mess and disruption.

You can always cut between pages and add pages to the middle if you want to add pages. Flip ups and downs will work, too. Here's the story of a lively lady . . . Love&hugs

This is amazing. I had no idea what cover would work on such a journal, but you came up with the perfect solution. I am thinking of making one for a friendship journal gift and using the coffee dyed pages for a combination of photos and quotes that commemorate our friendship that has extended over forty years. I had to giggle when you were saying the "Hi and Hugs" names, I expected you to name off the entire Brady family! This accordion journal is interesting. Not sure I could get my brain to wrap around things to have the pages folding the correct way when I was done. Love how you collage around the outer page and then coffee dyed paper in the center. I immediately started singing the song when you were saying the names. *lol* Loving how this journal is turning out. I have a pair of Fiskars Teflon scissors that I use for double-sided tape. Mine are small and don't work well with wide tape. I have no idea if they have longer ones. I do like how easy they are to clean. Thanks for sharing!

LOL, the Brady Bunch! How funny and a great 7:30 a.m. giggle. I just finished an accordion journal. It was super fun to work on. I was trying, like Tina, to use up a paper pad and ended up using nearly 3. Now I have to make another one using my scraps. I was thinking how these would make great master-board books so I think I might give that a try. Have a joyous day!

You could easily add more pages by cutting down the crease between two pages and just adding more in, then you wouldn't have to disturb the covers again. Loving the idea though, might have to have a go at some point...between all the other projects I have in mind. Thank you for sharing xx

Gayle, you sure know how to put on a show. This one was action packed. I don't know about your other viewers but I felt like I was in an operating room. When you were about to place the fabric over the carpet tape I was holding my breath praying that it went on well and after it was done I felt my breath start to be release again. What a grand experiment. P.S. And right in the depths of the action you stop to clean your scissors, giving us another one of your great tips using an alcohol wipe. Now that's two kinds of wipes I need to buy: alcohol wipes and baby wipes. Gayle, you are one of a kind and I cannot thank you enough for your videos. Sending virtual hugs. Cathy.
