Technical question: Yesterday i was facing an azorius playing Alrund' s Epiphany. This guy managed to play Epiphany 2 times in the same turn and get 2 extra turns. I thought you could only get one per turn cause card says "get an extra turn after this one". Is it correct that those effects are stacking up or it's MTGA not working properly? Maybe it 's a stupid question but i never experienced this before so i was like wtf.. hope someone can help me figure it out.

@BaconBoy fact is card says the extra turn is taken "after this one". I read the rule but i was thinking why add the sentence "after this one" if stacking effect was already considered. i mean when i'm supposed to get that extra turn otherwise?

Why don't you wait for Attack phase or from opponent casting spell before casting discontinuity ?

Because you don't want the opponent to draw a card. If you do, you're counting on them playing a spell before damage is dealt to match the efficiency of denying the draw step. And getting potential blockers tapped is usually not relevant given the fliers in this deck.

This was almost the first Kaldheim deck I built, except I ran cheap counterspells instead of discontinuity and 1 copy of the 8/8 snow kraken . It beats a lot of decks in the meta, but I almost always get run over by monowhite on the draw unless they don't have urn 2 aspirant/clarion/hallowblade (I guess almost everyone gets run over by monowhite on the draw).

First game, I always try to find ways to circumvent my opponent's move when I play mono white life gain deck for this kind of game. Like, not even dropping my speaker of the heaven if I think it is not worth it and I have better options available that can be played first.

I just played a game where ultimating world tree allowed my opponent to put terror of the peaks into play, among many other non "God" cards. How is that even possible? The World Tree clearly says put God Cards, and nowhere on Terror of the Peaks does it say "God." Can someone please explain this to me? What am I missing here?

Always wait until they cast something for discontinuity, it's a free counter. 99% of situations they cast before they attack. Even if they attack first, you can still cast it. No reason to ever use it before then that I can think of! Love the vid though, evil deck
