An interesting tidbit I didn't see talked about. The only reason the little girl opened the door was because it was tradition for Santa to show up every year to bring presents for the kids, so when the girl yelled Santa and none of the adults reacted.. that was the reason why (it was normally a family friend or family member who came as Santa every year). Merry Early Christmas Everyone!

I did a podcast on this last year and the question that I never got answered was the neighbor who was supposed to do it but couldn't because he moved who was supposed to replace him because if they didn't get anyone to replace the Santa then when she said Santa Claus was here that should have raised some red flags and if not where was the person who was supposed to do it because 11:30 was the time that they usually arranged for the Santa to come that was just one thing I could never find when I did the podcast on this last year True Crime Prime available wherever you get your podcast 🔌 check it out p.s love Bailey video on it so surprised it hasn't been talked about more especially this time of year

Two Things: 1. I find it surprising that all that money Bruce spent on destroying his family could have been spent paying off his debt. 2. I think the reason he decided to take his own life was that he knew that with the burns to his body he couldn't possibly cross the border and get on a plane without attracting some attention. And he also couldn't go to the hospital for assistance because it would have the same result. So he probably felt he had no other option but to take his own life.

Yes, she really seems like such a genuine person, she doesn't flex about money or things, and she makes mistakes and shows them! It's really cool watching all her videos (MMMM, Dark History, and GRWM) from before to now, and see how long she's been grinding at it and now all her hard work is paying off!!! It just makes me happy to see real people who work hard succeed, because I've become really cynical and jaded about the world we live in. Anyway, I hope you have a great holiday season! ❤️❤️❤️

Sometimes when I listen to these stories, and we get to know these wonderful people and their daily lives, I know they're going to die.....sometimes I just like to rewrite it in my head. Think about what a nice Christmas it could've been, if it was the estranged uncle showing up as Santa with gifts for everyone. I know it's weird, and I know it didn't happen. Just so everyone is aware, the waiting period for purchasing guns in CA is called a cool off period so they can try to prevent people who are heated from buying a gun and using it on a whim if they are having a bad day. Buying a gun with cash means nothing because a full background check is still completed, so buying a gun with cash does not keep you under the radar.

I'm less than 10 minutes in, but I've just gotta share this childhood memory which just got a whole lot creepier.. When I still believed in Santa, I saw a man dressed as Santa at our front door after dark. He kept motioning for me to open the door, I got excited and ran to get my mom who was doing dishes in the kitchen. She thought I was just playing make believe, and she knew that I knew better than to open the door, so she didn't follow me, just kept doing dishes. I went back to the door and he was still there, motioning for me to let him in. I was so tempted, but I didn't want to get in trouble, so i didn't. Eventually, he gave up and left. A few years ago, I brought it up to my mom and she was like, "Wait, that was real?? You really saw that???" We both got the chills. I dont even want to think about what that man's intentions were.

I actually knew the Ortega family… their neighbor was a friend of my mothers. The family every year would have a family member play Santa. It was super traumatic for them. The neighborhood was near the same 🥺 they really were a sweet family.

@@charleneandre9509 I'm pretty sure Dark is copying comments and reposting them for upvotes. Dark does this on a lot of random videos and even does it in multiple languages.

I went to high school with one of the Ortegas. I remember this whole situation and how crushed he was when he came back to school.

I hope whenever someone writes about 2020/2021 and the pandemic they mention how everyone got through it by watching/listening to baileys videos 👏🏻

I'm definitely getting demented robot Santa from Futurama vibes from this case.

I only found her early this year, but I have gone and watched almost all of her videos (that are still up) and it's so great to see her FINALLY getting the recognition and success that she deserves. She's really the same person from back then, of course with growth and personal development that comes with time. I LOVED her journal readings. I wish she could do more of those. I know she can't find her journals from back then but honestly, anything from Bailey's mind makes me happy!

Yesss aame I have watched her from I feel like she was just a teenager!! Time goes sooo fast!! I watched her grow and she is still so humble !! The same bailey as a kid lol just much more of a woman then a girl so much wiser and compassionate and more confident. I absolutely love her and feel like I've grown up with her like we so belong to be best friends lol
