In this video I will make a traditional inspired Cowboy Breakfast (with a modern spicy twist) on the Campfire with Baked Beans, Eggs, Tomato and other delicious ingredients.
I love cooking food outdoors over open fire in nature. Sometimes on tour in the forest or other places out in the wild , and sometimes at home in my forest garden.
Ingredients/recipe for this size of dish:
2 Chili (1 is probably enough)
Parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Chicken Sausage
4 Eggs
2 cans of Baked Beans
2 cans of Chopped tomatoes
1 Onion
2 Red bell pepper
Margarine
Crispy Bread (toasted in butter)
The actual procedure/recipe is shown in the video, so just do the same as me 😊
Some of the gear I use (not sponsored):
- Skillet: Petromax Fire Skillet Fp35 (the 35cm/13,78" model).
- Kettle: Robens Tongass enamel Kettle 2.1 L
- Grill Plate: Victoria 18.7" x 10" Rectangular Cast Iron Grill Plate
You can also see reviews of some of my gear in the playlist "Gear & Reviews".

About my Outdoor Campfire Cooking Kitchen:
I love cooking food outdoors over open fire in nature. Sometimes on tour in the forest or other places out in the wild , and sometimes at home in my forest garden. I always cook over the campfire and try many different recipes and types of food. Both easy dishes and meals and more gastronomic dishes. And sometimes I'll share the recipes so you can do the same.
I use a lot of different outdoor cooking equipment. For example my Dutch Oven, my flat pan, my deep pan, my grill grate, my various kettles, my firepits (when on tour), various types of outdoor knives and kitchen knives and much more.
This is my passion and I love to share it with you. I will both share my recipes (when they are worth sharing) and give great tips and ideas for cooking outdoors over the campfire.
So, welcome to my outdoor campfire cooking kitchen 😊🥘🔥
