Dear Kent, I remember the first time my mom and I ever watched you on Chopped Grillmasters. We instantly fell in love with you, and we’re disappointed when you didn’t win. Then we saw you win Chopped Redmption, and your special on CBS Sunday Morning. Since then I’ve watched every video you have put out on your KZbin channel, and have seen it grow from 100k to almost 1 million. We’ve read your cookbook, and almost consider you family. You are one of the few chefs that we can both agree on, and love to watch. Sincerely, a loyal fan 7 years and counting.

The Regular Red River Ranch is the greatest multi purpose seasoning. I use it on meats, in stews , soup and as a table seasoning. It is salt and pepper with citric taste. The shaker has a generous supply, but now I will buy the large bag to refill the container. 😙🧐 The Red River mesquite has a smoky taste along with definite spicy kick. From my perspective a little goes a long ways. I got a little carried away with a large pot of soup and it was very spicy , so I advise moderation and then it is an essential for so many things. I love the fact it helps in a small way to support, Shannon, Kent and of course the official tasters. It makes me smile every time they get used and my family and guests are big fans. Insert a happy dance !

Me: Keto for 2020 Cowboy Kent: let me tell about these bacon cheeseburger sliders Yes I remember the Big Mac jingle. Unfortunately due to health reasons red meat is out, I do have turkey bacon and ground turkey sitting in the freezer, some grilled onions and jalapeño and just make a patty, I'm doing the slider dance already.
