Y'all don't even know how helpful Cowboy Kent's videos are because everytime when I don't know what to do with dinner I just look up a cowboy Kent's recipe and pick out whatever looks good. And the end result turned out great everytime. So simple to follow too.

After many decades cooking, you develop an instinct for the correct amounts of ingredients and what ingredients to use in a recipe to make them amazing. I used to measure, but now I don't. My friend and neighbor thinks my food is fantastic. Always asks about the recipe but I tell him that I use recipes as guidelines only and do my own thing. My recipes never come out the same twice, but are always yummy.

You can also use corn starch to stop the bleedng on small wounds. I got the idea when my friend's father said he used it to stop the bleeding when he nicks himself while shaving. I started using it when I clip my dog's nails and accidentally quick one. Pack the starch into the nail and it stops the bleeding. Works just as good as Quik-Stop.

Mr Rollins- just wanted to let you know that I tried your Macnugget recipe. Im going to tell you this right now, they were fantastic! The buttermilk marinade is the real key I think. The only difference in technique that I used was a deep fryer instead of cast Iron. Still, Im quite happy of myself for making something taste so good. Thank you and God Bless!
