For me Jerry is turning into Al Davis at the end which he said he didn't want to be. Stephen has a job because of his father, there is not another team would hire him or not fired him by now. The Dallas Cowboys is the hardest job in the NFL because of the Jones. Was Schottenheimer my first choice to be head coach, no. Will I give him a chance to prove everyone wrong 100%.
