Thank you so much Coy for perfectly illustrated why I love comics so much to. There's stories of heroes suffering loss and breakups and addiction and the whole time trying to be decent because .well that what you do. Not to mention the incredible artwork in many of the 80-90s comics . Stay safe and hope your collections survive .

God is good. God is love. Jesus is Lord! Jesus IS coming. Your soul depends on it! I have seen God act in my life. He saved my soul, changed my heart, changed my mind, helped people through me, took care of people in my life, people I hurt before I found God. God is the only reason I was able to reconcile with my dad before he died. God worked through Jesus Christ to save our souls. Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins. Believe in your heart and confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and that God raised Him from the dead and you will be saved. Be baptized in The Holy Spirit, and if He wills, water as well. Repent of your sins, accept God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit into your heart, that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins. For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son Jesus Christ, that all who believe on Him shall not perish but have eternal life. Jesus Christ is The Way, The Truth and The Life. No one comes to the Father Jehovah God but through Him. Not long after I got saved I prayed to God for help understanding the Holy Bible, and that same day someone knocked on my door asking me if I wanted to understand the Bible. I have had times where I was thinking about Holy Bible quotes and have stumbled across them flipping through The Holy Bible at random the same/next day and prayed to God for His joy to grant me comfort in hard times and felt it blessed upon me, and God's blessings of peace that have taken away a lot of my anger. God is here for you if you let Him guide you. LORD willing, all humans may commit sin of almost every kind (gay, straight), and that's wrong, and all humans sin, as God tells us through the The Holy Bible, "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus." The Holy Bible also says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.", "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you." and, “For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."

Being really honest, I have skipped past this video a few times in the last couple of days. In my head I thought 'I don't watch Reel Rejects to see interviews'...... but fucking hell this was great!! We need more of this, it's so refreshing to see men with a platform normalising both having a passion for things and being willing to be vulnerable around subjects such as masculinity. Enjoyed every second of this!

This by far has been the most fascinating interview of the Rejects cast I've heard. I thought his roots were in Boston, but when he started talking about being raised on a farm and all the cultural spaces he's traveled through, I was immediately locked in. TBH, I was rooting for this dude before but after hearing all of this now I'm really hoping he achieves all his goals in the entertainment world. [And I was born a preemie too, and they basically told my parents to pray because I probably wouldn't survive the week.]

It blew my mind the first time I saw Coy appear on Reel Rejects! I grew up in the same town in MA and worked with him at Bertuccis waiting tables. He was into acting at the time and pumped to see his success! Also cool that it’s content that I’m in love with. Keep it up man! -Calvin

The Bertuccis was in Chelmsford MA. I worked there one summer/fall after senior year before starting college. Believe he’s a couple years older than me, but vividly remember him and talking auditioning/acting. He has the same personality today, truly himself.

The comic book movie that hurt me was Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. I felt like one of the few people, let alone kid that loved Galactus and The Surfer. The opening scene with the surfer and Johnny was perfect. Then they showed Galactus being a cloud, and kid brain me was like “the reveal will be at the end”. Never happened, then the crap about the surfer losing his power without his board broke me. To go from the Silver Surfer, to the Dirty Surfer will always live in my brain.

This was GREAT. I make a conscious effort to try and avoid channels and stuff online that are pretty negative about things. Reel Rejects, along with Heroes Reforged and Kevin Smith and Marc Bernardin don't needlessly hate on anything. You make the effort to find something joyful in it, or if there is negative critique it's genuine and thought out. Seeing Coy and Greg sit down and just let it fly was a delight. I don’t cry until after I had my child and now she makes fun of me for being too emotional 😂 We all express ourselves in different ways and that diversity is what makes us special

I definitely pick up on the vibes of inspiration you find in In Bruges and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang...those and 7 psycopaths are some of my top over looked comedies. With good cast, good flow, and good dialogue. 😊

What a delightful video! I love Coy's personality. Also, I now cry when the puppies are stolen in 101 Dalmatians so I'm the other end of that cry spectrum.

Is there a difference between knowing a lot about a musician versus knowing too much about an actor, in your opinion?

It’s interesting what Greg said about Inside Out 2. I also have pretty bad anxiety and I related sm to Anxiety the scene that goes through my head constantly was when anxiety goes through every option to know the best outcome so he isn’t surprised on the outcome

50 First Dates is kind of a comedy take of Coy's fear. Pretty freaky situation Drew Berrymoore's character finds herself in

“Still Alice” would be a great film on literally losing your mind. The rub being that the person losing it wasn’t an elderly person.
