What did they do differntly with the cam phasers in this engine compared to the hand grenade 5.4 with them. Seems like they got this sorted out with the 5.0.

Yeah man I went through the pivot ball stud thing. It was 1.5 inches out and was supposed to be 1.25 inches out so I used a McLeod pivot ball. My car was eating up throwout bearings. That was pretty annoying to deal with. Neomustangs ended up helping me out he knew exactly where it was supposed to be. Been fine ever since.

Check out Hooker Blackhearts. They may make swap headers for the auto. I run a T56, AJE, Gen 2 and they sound nasstyy

I'm running the Hooker Blackhearts and have no clearance issues with the same setup. I did have to get an extension for the drivers side O2.

Great to see ya back. I’m still slowly finishing my swap to. Maybe a short video on how your wiring up electric fans with the swap. I have a contour fan on mine and haven’t wired it yet and not sure how I wanna do it. Unless you’ve already shown that in the past I can remember.

Currently gen 2 6r80 swapping my 90 coupe and the ultimate headers are touching the passenger side frame..and the steering shaft is hitting as well..any tricks you know of?..a shop is doing the swap and they are pros with the coyote platform.. but have no clue about a foxbody chassis..

Ultimate Racing headers are trash. Return them and get some Kooks or Hooker (currently running those and they’re 👌)

I put a centerforce dual friction clutch in my 99 GT with a vortech supercharger and every other mod there is. The clutch is great! I power shift every gear when im running the 1/4 at the track and the street. I don't go to the track very often but there's an old runway where a air port used to be about 10 minutes from me and it gets used a lot by a bunch of people. We try to have a race night every month

How can you use Gen2 6r80 transmission on a Gen1 engine ???

6r80s are compatible with 11-17 mustangs, a simple search would’ve told you that man

Correct. They are all the same. 11-17. Even truck ones are fine. Just a mounting bracket is different. You won’t need that anyway for the swap. Just make sure it’s 4x2 not x4

@@pcpalan Trying to install a gen2 into a fox, want to run Power Steering and AC. Do I need different front accessories ALT, PS, AC than a Stock Coyote? Or will it all drop in as is from the junkyard? Also what Power steering delete kit to use if I'm using manual brakes?
