Coyote and the crew search the seagrass fields of South Florida’s Biscayne Bay for spiky and sharp sea creatures!
With everything from Spiny Lobsters to the Porcupinefish, there are many interesting sea animals just offshore that are armed with spiny protection.

The Marjory Stoneman Douglas Biscayne Nature Center is dedicated to environmental education and the encouragement of better citizen participation in the protection of our natural environment.
The not-for-profit organization was started by Marjory Stoneman Douglas in 1985 when she was 95 years old. The program started in 1969 as a summer camp program and in 1971 began as a year round school field trip program for 6th-grade students by a group of Miami-Dade Public School teachers.
In 1985 Marjory was called upon to save the program from budget cuts and decided that children are the future stewards of our natural world and we should educate them about their natural environment. Key Biscayne was the perfect spot for that because we have all the Florida eco-systems right in one spot. The seagrass, the coastal
hardwood hammock, mangroves, dunes, and the fossilized mangrove reef.
She felt the community needed a "Nature Center by the Sea". As people explore nature, they will learn to preserve and protect what they love.

So I had a dream where I fell into the ocean with my friend. But the ocean was pretty low. It was about near my thighs. I went through the water searching for something, but at that time I didn't know what. I just knew that I had to find something. So I kept on searching with my friend and about a few hours later I found 2 seahorses. One of them was a yellow and bluish seahorse. It had a yellow head/top and a blue tail/bottom fins. Another one was just entirely blue, but it was tinier. After I found those two seahorses I gave one to my friend and I kept one myself. Using a bucket so that the seahorse would stay alive. This dream happened yesterday night. I came back to watch this cause it was about seahorses. But I mean hey thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

I was told that making pufferfish puff up out of water could kill them... that's why when keeping them in the aquarium, it's recommended to not take them out of the water. The reason I was given for this is because when they puff up using air instead of water, its hard for them to expell all the air out of their body. The air stuck inside of their body can effect them in different ways, like messing with their swim bladder and effecting their ability to swim. I kinda wish he wouldn't have made them puff up at all, even though he was gentle that's like the equivalent of me scaring someone so bad they fainted. We get the idea that they puff up, they look way cooler when they are swimming around not puffed up anyways. If someone wants to see that happen they can search it and watch some other cruel person jiggle one till it does. I know you guys care about the animals more then that.

I know what you're saying, and I think I have even heard that or a similar comparison before. However, it is their natural defense. They probably puff up at least once a day I'm thinking, or a few times in a slow week lol. As far as in an aquarium though, yeah dont go making it puff up to show your friends and etc
