In today’s video, I find MONSTER fish living in a dangerous hidden tunnel! Inside of this tunnel lives venomous snakes, alligators, spiders, deadly fish, and TONS of rare aquarium fish! So we walked through with our nets and fish traps to see what we could catch! We netted around in the tunnel and caught African cichlids, blue crawfish, snakeheads, oscars, AND MORE! We then discovered mysterious sewers inside the tunnel that were INFESTED with snakes and monster fish! So we decided to place our fish traps in there before exploring more of the tunnel! We then found rare freshwater crabs, knife fish, cichlids, and catfish! But we had to turn back after hearing an alligator growl at the end of the tunnel! We left our fish traps sit overnight and ended up catching tons of fish, but we also caught a MASSIVE snake that actually ate one of my fish! So we had to carefully remove the snake so we could take all the fish we caught back to my house to put into my backyard ponds and fish tanks! Should we go back and explore more of the tunnel?

The big crawfish lookin shrimp you caught is a very rare and expensive type of shrimp that comes from Africa. It is called by many names, some of which include Atya Gabonesis, African fan Shrimp, or a vampire shrimp. They are filter feeders, and can only breed in brackish (as far as anyone knows). Although they look menacing, they are extremley peaceful, and (as the name suggests), only eat particles in the water. Seeing as they are very rare, peaceful, and relativley defenseless, it is likley not a good idea to keep it with crawfish.

ive held 4 foot long black racer snakes before, but they (and all the snakes where i live) are nonvenomous so i dont have much to fear from them, but you should deffo get a native snake guide since there are some SUPER venomous snakes where this is from what ive learned is true, so it would prolly be a lot safer with one! this is coming from a teen without a sense of fear towards snakes though so trust your judgement more than mine

Totally excellent haul of unusual species. Well done! I'm torn between the ghost knife and the royal plec, as being my favorite catch.

Bobby, what happened with the fish net that you can keep in the water with the fish you catch? It's the red net that fishermen use instead of a bucket 🪣.

The snakes looks like a brown water snake which is non-venomous but can be aggressive. They look very similar to cottonmouths so dont go around picking up snakes that look like that without kowing exactly what you are looking at.

Make sure your Dull Eye Royal Pleco has plenty of driftwood to rasp on, courgettes, spirulina disc/wafers and their fave is Repashy Morning Wood Gel mix. They are a panaque, wood munching pleco, that get really big. Nice find mate.
