safe to say that my desk setup was definitely in need of some TLC x_x

I feel the exact same way about being the oldest kid, the perfect student, and now looking back and realizing that okay, maybe I can reach for more! Omg, we’re like the same people! As a child, I always dreamed of doing something in performing arts. But since my family was poor and I was the oldest of 4 children, I felt I had to choose the stable path. I currently make really good money working at the big G but something does feel missing…. I personally don’t think I’ll pivot to a fulltime performing career only because I do like the stability and creativeness of my job. Plus I’ve done a bit of performing freelance gigs in college so from what I’ve experienced, the pay wasn’t great and it was just constant auditions after auditions. For me, I didn’t like the idea of having to audition for rest of my life just to get stable income, ofc you can make it big one day which is super rare but not impossible. Honestly I’d be happy just doing it on the side as a serious hobbies- maybe one show once a year or something but I hate the idea of even becoming famous and losing my anonymity. Anyways, I wish you the best of luck and please keep us updated on your journey!

When you sear mince meat. You should flatten it out in your fry pan and let it sit first so that you get better sear and a maillard reaction (crispy brown parts that taste delicious). Generally its better to do meat first then add veggies (because the veggies will leak water and cause the meat to steam and get that greyish color like boiled meat, and also as the meat renders the fat, the veggies will be cooked in the meat fat for a better mixture of flavors). Props though for cooking :D
