What a lovely home. There us but one small change I would make at the entance. I would close off the area inside the front door and install a door that is mostly glass. Then u would change the flooring in that area to match the kitchen. A small bench in the vestibule with stirage for coats and rain gear, and it is perfection. One thing I really love is the sliding partition separating the living area from the bedroom area. Smart idea. Asthetically pleasing plus it cuts noise if someone is trying to sleep. This home is a real pleasure to look at.

Linda casa! Muito clean, refinada e aconchegante!! Planejada com muitíssimo bom gosto! Amei a lareira na sala... A casa tem bastante luz natural e espaços para armazenamento. Parabéns por ter projetado uma LAVANDERIA tão linda, e DENTRO DA CASA... Um lindo design é muito importante sim... Mas o CONFORTO e a SEGURANÇA, vem em primeiro lugar. Na cozinha, eu senti falta de um aparelho micro-ondas. Na sala eu colocaria um sofá cama, para poder receber amigos e familiares. Se este projeto fosse para a minha casa, eu colocaria JANELAS com VENEZIANAS além das vidraças nas janelas e aberturas, para melhorar a ventilação à noite e em dias de chuva forte, em que as aberturas precisam ser fechadas. E também, para a segurança da casa durante à noite. E no Hall de entrada, eu colocaria um armário com banco embutido e com lugares para colocar casacos, sapatos e guarda-chuvas. Mas sei que os projetos podem ser adaptados conforme as necessidades dos clientes. 🇧🇷 BRASIL 🇧🇷

Has great curb appeal. Offers plenty of natural light and flow throughout the design. The entryway would be better suited with benchseat with cubbies and hooks the place your outdoor gear. No long hallways. Bedrooms are generous.Love the laundry room. The biggest thing was the fact you didn't obscure the big beautiful view with huge television, thank you! 👍👍👏💯✅ Great job!!🎉

Achei o projeto muito bonito. Mas 2 coisas que eu acho que dão um charme todo especial a um casa são a escada e varandas. Quartos no andar superior, dão um ar de mistério a casa, além de garantir maior privacidade, e 1 varandinha, pelo menos, pra se colocar uma rede, dá um toque todo especial a esse estilo bucólico. Mas, enfim, entendo que a idéia é sugerir um projeto prático, juntando simplicidade e charme❤. E, considerando isso, esse projeto, na minha opinião, tá mais que aprovado!!

It looks great in the video, but how would you feel walking sideways to make the beds or do the cleaning? If you don't mind having the smell of food all around the place because despite the advances of technology, I don't know a kitchen extractor efficient enough to keep the house without smells.
