Everything happens for a reason, and I know that our future selves will be thanking us for canceling our big Southeast Asia trip and focusing on our health instead! 😌 We hope you enjoyed watching this video, as much as we did, filming and editing it. Thank you for sharing. Chad and Claire, you two are great. We would watch and listen to you no matter what you are doing or where you are doing it. There are a lot of travel vloggers one could watch, but few have that illusive something that makes them special like what the two of you have. You know how to make almost anything interesting and enjoyable to see and hear, like the adventure of sealing envelopes with wax. Somewhere along life's path we acquired a pasta maker-cutter exactly like yours and share that magical feeling when the noodles are being cut. We have been making homemade pasta for almost 50 years and it is always just as satisfying as it was the very first time we tried. We wish you heath, wellness, and happiness wherever you may go, whatever you might do and hope that you will continue to share bits of it with us.

Fall is my favorite too! It was an exceptionally wonderful fall this year (except for the last few days because of the remnants of hurricane Nicole)! I'm glad you were able to be here to enjoy it! Chattanooga looks real good. Liked the canoeing trip on the Tennessee River. Your new home looked real nice too. A lot of work went into your new home. I remembered how it was when you were remodeling it. It looks like a brand new home and the home was built to last. Good job! Chad, looks as if you are a connoisseur of good coffee. I consider myself a connoisseur of good coffee, but I approach it from a different angle. I mix Sumatran coffee beans with Colombian coffee beans then pour it into a 8 ounce coffee mug that has powered chocolate, English Toffee mix, cocoa mix, and cinnamon power. I love your videos whether it is overseas or in the U.S.A. Chad and Claire’s videos are always fascinating!

I never thought of how wax seals were made but damn that is aesthetically pleasing Take care of yourselves, mental health is always more important than we act like it is. I know that well, I waited way too long before feeling I could ask for help and am starting to get there. For now just trying to avoid burnout but keeping myself doing stuff too, better than just sitting around with nothing but thoughts to occupy yourself 😊
