Organic Farm Stay in Thailand: Eco-Tourism at Its Best 🇹🇭

While in Chiang Rai, Thailand, we stayed at a fully off-the-grid, organic farm for 48 hours. It was an immersive farm-to-table experience like no other, where everything we ate came straight from the land around us. We stayed in a minimalistic concrete home that gave us stunning views of the glowing Thai countryside. By day, we were making salted duck eggs, naturally dyeing textiles, infusing wild honey with dried blossoms, and baking colorful cookies. And, by night, we were gazing up at the open sky, where stars near and far sparkled bright above our rooftop string lights. This organic farm was designed to work in harmony with the land, and it showed us the endless possibilities of a fully-sustainable way of life. Wow, those bungalows are new since we were last at Rai Ruan Rom. I guess we need to stop by again. Chiang Rai is a great place to visit with many different options and experiences available throughout the year. It is also a great place to live and we moved up here 16 years ago from Bangkok. Thai people know about Rai Ruan Rom but it is not really on the main tourist route here in Thailand. Thailand has so much to offer that people really don't know about so thanks for sharing this video.

if yall go back to portugal please go to more rural areas, theres so much to see!!!! We also have islands that have tropical climates. Theres a hotel i was in that was pretty cool wich is aldeia de pontes in castro laboreiro, theres some tradicional houses and theres just an imense landscape there!!! I love your videos bye

This video was so good that I had to watch it two times. I was amazed at how advanced the farm you visited was. The food was out of this world. You cooked, baked cookies, dyed linen, made exotic honey, and made eggs in a mixture of salt and termite soil. What happened to the eggs that were covered with termite soil? Thanks Chad and Claire for doing the video on the wave of the future!
