Just made the baked pumpkin oatmeal and it’s great! I think caramelized pear will go great as a topping for it too. :) I’ll have to try the other recipes too! Thank you :)

Hi this looks so delicious I love all your recipe where did u buy the chief knife and what brand is it I been looking for good one haven't found one yet. I also made the Matcha cocoa latte so good. The matcha I have is MatchaBar Ceremonial Grade not sure if it contains levels of lead. I also have Akira Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha.

I've never heard of baked oatmeal, is it something I can do without the pumpkin (just egg milk syrup etc), what's the texture like?
