Love this. I just hate the dishwasher it's so far away from the sink but everything else is perfect. Plus it's great to see space for the water heater and furnace

This is basically a good plan. Rearranging furniture would avoid the "bowling alley" from the front door to the back bedroom. The generous pantry takes care of the upper cabinet shortage in the kitchen. Small, high windows could be added to the bathrooms for natural light and ventilation. A gas fireplace or woodstove could replace the wasteful fireplace, or one could substitute an entertainment center. Well done!

When you walk in, instead of bookshelves you could have hooks for coats, and the bench could be a thing for shoes and what not. Also, tying in a detached garage that comes in off the kitchen porch door would be nice e

I absolve the reading nook…love the separation of kitchen from living room. Love the bedrooms and bathrooms…do not like the small laundry room with no storage, utility sink or drying rack for clothes….

Love it. Suggestion from me: If someone needed a smaller house, the large bedroom with its bathroom has good dimensions for a garage. Then you could use the room's large closet as an entrance area and the current front door would just be a balcony door. 😉

Perfect 2 BR, 2 bath home as long as the dryer is vented outside and not up to the ceiling and roof. I would not have the sitting bench in the living room window bur rather 2 soft comfy chairs moving the sofa towards the dining space a foot and change the fireplace to a wood stove. Nice master suite and the 2nd bedroom by the separate bathroom for guests is fine. Still would like that 3rd bedroom though. My daughter’s family is 6 people, so sleeping the kids in this home would mean blow up mattresses in the living room! 😮
