The idea of Christmas being celebrated in the old west is just a cool idea to me. Footnote: Starlink must be working real good out there in the desert. California deserts are actually pleasant this time of year, too. High of low 70s with lows in the mid 40's maybe. The dry weather certainly helps except at night when it gets a little too cold. Dry cold is COLD. It still beats dealing with snow, and snow storms.
