During Valentine's Day period, I go back and watch a video Kylie did for single people! It is fantastic and so encouraging and beautiful! It always gives me strength! For anyone reading this with a dysfunctional or toxic family, try as hard as you can, but don't spend the rest of your holidays catering to people who will never "see" you nor care about you! Start checking off those bucket list items instead! Life is too short to keep trying to get hateful people to love you! Best decision of my life! I will be going snow skiing in the Rocky Mountains this Christmas with my son!

Looks so good, Klylie! I will definitely try this recipe out, love your cozy old world italy kitchen! One note is, I too used to always cut raw chicken on a plastic cutting board but then learned about how it creates tiny micro plastics which we do not want in our bodies, so now I use wooden boards for everything, I just wash with hot soapy water and it's fine! 😘

I make my own broth very wonderful. Vegetable, beef & fish broth boxed in the freezer really helps. Home made tomato sauce and pizza both tomato and cheese sauces all freeze well. Also bread made into croutons freezes

Agreed no cream...broth is perfect! And you can thicken that if needed. My family makes turkey stuffing iñ a crock pot, cooked in a small bìt of butter and chicken stock. So moist and flavorful but not dripping in butter. We never put butter on our vegetables at turkey dinner, because we will put a bit of gravy. It doesnt have to all be so rich. Lightening it all up is nice ❤❤

Have you ever thought of building a big island with storage below that is higher to lean and cook over? Leaning over the table could be a problem? I am tall so it would be. You could have some stylish bar stools to sit and work as well. Big wooden top, bricks, open shelves underneath but higher for you!!❤

Again thanks for your cooking lesson. Also you are right about many people feeling sad during this season. Better yet to look for mental therapist it would quite helpful however not many want to, some because they can't afford it. Some because they dont want to share their troubles with a stranger others don't know if therapist speak good English. But keep talking someone will hear you and recibe the best help.
