Coming from a plumber's wife, ALWAYS get Moen fixtures! If anything goes wrong with it at any point ever, all you have to do is send them an email and you get the part or a full replacement for free for life! We have had to do that when we got our new house and existing Moen shower heads had issues. Even though we had no proof of purchase, they still sent replacements at no cost to us because they have a life time warranty without exclusion. Delta will do it, too but you may need to go through a few more steps.

Congrats in the house! You guys are making such good choices in painting it all and doing the floors! Question- Could we know the names of the paint colors as youre showing them sampled? I know it may be different in our own homes, but it may also be helpful if were looking for similar colors. Also tysm for shopping at Lowes and not Home Depot (they donate hugely to Trump). Also, another tip for more sustainable re-use options is getting things off fb mp, ebay, or rebuilding stores. We have a rebuilding store in our area that resells architectural salvage (and furniture) for cheap which is really cool to bring back pieces of the houses og era and get things of older styles (that arent modern cheap knockoffs). We get mostly doors, lighting, and hardware (door knobs, hanging hardware, etc) at those kinds of places. Theres also Habitat for Humanity Restore which is pretty cool too (weve found cool wood trim pieces and corbels there). And then antique malls are clutch because it has a lot in one place but each seller differs in prices.

Just FYI: a lot of paint brands have virtual room painting tools online that let you upload a picture of your room and test out all sorts of colors. It's not 100% accurate but it does help with getting a general idea.
