I dont have rice vinegar or red wine? Can i use mirin or somthing else instead? Thanks for the recipe though

You may make a simple version with just Worcestershire sauce, mirin, ketchup 😄

You really have to dig around ☺️ You do not want to add that to blend together .. it will impact the taste and texture a lot ~ Hope you made it and enjoy ❤️
