Really great video! I was busy trying to download it using external software, websites, everything! It kept not saving the entire thing, not being playable/compatible with Mac, etc, I was considering screen recording it at this point, which would be so annoying because it’s 4 hours long so I wouldn’t be able to use my laptop during that time, this is great, I just clicked download so not sure if it works yet but I’m confident it will, especially since it’s built into twitch. Once you enable the setting, it'll save your streams regardless of how you're streaming. Then you can go to your PC or Mobile Device (using desktop mode) to access the VODs and download from there

It will download what it shown in the Twitch stream, so alerts and everything will show. There is only 1 download button via Twitch so if you want to customize your recordings, you'll likely have to locally record instead of downloading the twitch vods :)

I have to go through all this trouble to save my livestream events on Twitch permanently? If I send my live streams which broadcast outside of social media to KZbin and Twitter or KZbin and Facebook , it is recorded and automatically visible in their entirety without me doing any thing else. I think from now on I will just use my Twitch account to promote my weekly livestream show and not use twitch as a destination anymore.
