ezgo charger delta q blinks red lights

My charger upon initial plug in blinks like 6 times. Then blinks red twice. Blinks red twice..Then blinks once...Any suggestions. Delta 48sc

@@36racin the two red flashes means low battery voltage but if the cart runs it has battery voltage. What type of cart is it
