Will these springs fit a rear end with brackets already welded in the stock location?

As long as they retain the factory mounting location, yes they should. They bolt up the same way as the stock springs but are narrower than stock and use spacer to offset them inward.

Do you sell the offset bushings them selfs as a kit?

This kit works along with our custom narrowed leaf springs. If you tried to install the same bushings and spacers with factory-width leaf springs, it would not mount properly. We do not sell the bushings and spacers separately for that reason.

how wide of a tire can you run with this kit?

You get an extra 1/2" of clearance per side over factory leaf springs. We are running 18X8" wheels with 245-section rear tires with room to spare.
