ABS module on the newer ram just went on recall after years of failure. Ram will now replace it at no charge just had mine done.

@CPSteveMiller yes 2017/18 are under recall. They literally just announced it last month. They just replaced mine on a 2017 2500

Hi Steve I'm need some input on a12v Cummins. It develops at tick tapping sound only when warm. I checked the valve adjustment and they were at most .003 out of spec. I also redid them at TDC went through the spec in manual .20 exhaust .010 on intake. Spin motor 360 and didvthe rest. I replaced fuel filter and fuel transfer pump. I also replace over flow valve as well. Truck starts right up cold some white smoke and then warm no smoke at all. It runs smooth when cold and warm but when the ticking tapping starts a slight surge develops at idle. The ticking sounds like coming from driver side upper towards front of motor which is making me think it's the injection pump. I asked other people they are telling me it might be a stuck plunger in p pump and to add lubercant in fuel. It's a 1994 Dodge 2500 2wd auto diesel. Being it's good cold I don't think it's a valve adjustment or bent push rod. Any input is greatful respect your input. Thanks I hope you can help. ❤ Video

Add some Lucas fuel additive and see what happens. Probably sounds like something fuel related

For about a month now I've been tempted to ask you to do 6.0 content. I think the excursions are cool. Just watched your first video now this. Before I got my 06 5.9 I was going to get a 06 6.0 but the test drive on the 5.9 after the 6.0 sold me on the dodge.

If not for the interior in the 2/350, I wouldn't mind buying one. Nobody made a good interior in the 2000s pickups besides the 06 to 09 dodges. I hate the GM interior and early 3rd gen/2nd gen indoor too

@@CPSteveMiller i know you're younger but ford had the best interior in the lariat and king ranch then. Dodge was just blah until the refresh in 06. Then was still nothing great unless you had the Laramie with the business console.

Yeah, 06 to 09 was by far my favorite. I hated everything else and the new trucks are nice, but too much. I actually don't like any of the Ford interiors, even the higher trims. I might do a 6.0 build down the road just to learn but for comfort, I'll keep running Bertha.

@@CPSteveMiller compared to now those ford interiors are boring but back then they were the top dog. I actually discussed this all the time with buddies on who had best interiors and everyone would say ford. Even me who bought a dodge. I think 6.0 content will do decent. But time will tell on how the last videos did. Buy a 6.0 excursions lol idk why I kinda want one.
