CPU Control Cycler Hack (Change player in game) in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe!

This hack makes it so I can cycle the camera through every CPU and I will play as the CPU the camera is currently on. I can drive, use items and do everything as if I was playing as them! It's very fun and changes gameplay experience by a lot! This code actually works online too; if used in real players, I can't control them BUT I can use their items and even give them items with the item cycler and they see it. I can control disconnected CPUs that are taken over and owned by me and other players see it; they would think that the player is a hacker but in reality it is another hacker who is controlled a disconnected player.
