i just recently tried the star cut foam shape, and i love it. every tire from now on im going to cut the star shape.

@mechqeust Yes these are the standard CR-01 kit rims and they do have holes in them. Running weights and foams we would always recommend having holes, this allows the tyre to 'breath' and hence deform better giving more traction - have a look at the SCX-10 video in the Water to see.

@Matteomeier Adding STAR cut foams and weights to the wheels makes such a difference and is not an expensive upgrade. Thanks for comments.

Brilliant idea! Support, but still gives more flex!! I've seen your website. I didn't see star cut foams for CC-01 1.9 rims.... I do want to get the foams and the wheel weight kit. Do you have a 130-150g set for 1.9?

I believe 125g can work. I can't hit those extreme angles with the Landfreeder body I've got now... might be too much rear overhang. I've heard lots of good things about weighting the wheels. I've already got lead stuffed in both ends of the tub, as low as possible, about 12oz... I really want those star foams! I've seen a few videos, and the tires bite a lot better with them.

hi mate, i finally got around to adding the star cut foams i got from you and man they work great! i'm glad i bought them :) i kinda stopped looking for the 1.9 wheels for now because i still have not started building my tf2 kit haha i did get my scx jeep build almost done now and one of my friends saw the star cut foams and he was very interested in them i told him how to buy them from you so maybe he will get some. when i am ready for the 1.9 foams i will contact you :) take care
