…Ah Pa…yesterday I ate fried rice… with char siew + plump crunchy prawns (+ Baking soda) + crab meat + green peas + eggs + shallots… Shiok!!!

I just brought raw crab meat. How should i cook the crab meat ?

Hi Melody, for this recipe I would steam the raw crab meat and then let it cool before adding to the rice dish, It does look yum Ah Pa 😋🙂.
