you can lava/water bounce first try without setting it up, it just takes good timing.

@@jimiyu. yes you definitely can, just bind jump to scrollwheel and you can spam tf out of it, i once accidentally waterjumped in race and didnt see the island for the rest of the round

U can maybe decrease that time by doing wallslide and water jump at the same time, and lowering the water jump height, and u can do it i think even faster and possible on in-game as u wont get height for death, btw nice

if your skilled enough you can land on the wall of the edge of the win area and you can negate your fall damage (dont know if that makes sense)

It works in some maps where water levels is really close to land and if you make it so its give you the 1st 2-3 bounces then you can just make it happen all time, but at some point it will launch you really high up :)

If you master it you can prevent yourself from getting significantly higher than the finish platform and take live and sometimes not take any damage at all.

@@Tuebor1 ik its like the "i did a (impossibly short time) but my camera wasnt on" meme but i promise i just hit a near perfect single water jump and i only went 6~ body heights above the platform i coulda definitely improved but i gave up once it didnt show up in my folder plus i just got a better spawn than him
