Cracked Heel Balm

This video shows you how to prepare a cracked heel balm, using natural ingredients, that soften and heal feet. It is used in combination with a foot bath recipe (included) to remove dead skin. It rejuvenates your feet by bringing moisture and more sensation to the foot and heel area.

My last comment was 6 months ago. I just came back to say this balm is amazing and works great for feet and hands. I am in love all over again with how soft my feet are. I made it and have used it consistently nightly. I tweaked my last batch a little bit.

I converted your recipe to percentages, funny tho I have that book and never perused it as yet. Now I surely will. I'm loving this heel balm so far. I used Kokum Butter instead. Truly appreciate you sharing this.

Thenk you! I am going to use shea butter instead and I don't have almond oil, tea tree, or colangea oil but I will make my own version, I hope it will heal my busted feet anyways! Haha. Im thinking of getting or making the colangea oil soon tho and will melt it and but it in or make another batch. What do you recon about re melting it?

Hi there. Yes, you can change the oils. Keep the same amounts and try to use oils that will add similar properties. Shea butter is very rich and moisturizing. Etc.. although, your balm might change in texture depending on what use. Ie it may feel greasier or not absorb as well. But it’s definitely fun to experiment. I wouldn’t recommend remelting and adding more oil because the heat can destroy those benefits of essential oils , that’s why we add them at the end and it will change the consistency and it might become runny. Calendula oil is very easy to make and heals any small topical cuts , scratches etc. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.
