The NBA literally created the offensive 3 second rule because of Shaq. Wilt Chamberlain forced the league to widen the lane in an attempt to make it harder to camp down low. They also outlawed over the backboard inbounding and introduced the idea of the free-throw lane.

But for me if that kind of stuff/plays work i consider it a + overall awareness of the court and ball handling skills. All i meant by what i was saying is i have watched most of the Bucks games (hometown team) and the Warriors and i have noticed that Curry makes silly Turnovers when after watching him play a lot seem out of place considering his overall body of work. And some of those TO were in big games and it's hard to say if he just gets careless sometimes because the team was so stacked or thats just how he is. In short i do think overall he does have good at time great handling skills but i would have to put some thought into it on where just on handling alone where he ranks in the NBA. Basically if someone said to me he's top ten playing i would have to say "idk maybe" I'm not like a Curry hater , in fact as i said i am a Bucks fan and i wish The Warriors and Bucks could work out a deal to bring Giannis to play with Curry/Clay since i think it would be a drama fee win a bunch of chips Team.
