@ruthportway51985 жыл бұрын
Hi Gayle, I think what people are saying that they need is a ‘ long arm stapler’ which should be available from any good stationers. I find mine so useful as it can easily reach to the middle of a 12 x 12 page and is great for stapling small booklets etc. TFS all your idea

Thanks for this. It’s after midnight on April 30th, 2021. You’re off on retreat so I’m cutting out ephemera (Woman in Baseball 1928-68) for cards, etc.... for TN/rtfs. Living the old paper quality so whatever doesn’t have a picture on it I’ll keep, may have enuff to make an altered book. Mmmmmm not bored at all. Luv that you got so jittery giggley over that Blackett gooey inky pad. A Bob Ross kind of feeling over a new tube of Majic White.... or was that Mr Alexander? Time flys

Love these. Suggestion - try stenciling or stamping the same image behind the prominent images in a lighter shade as a shadow. Those Xlrg stamp pads are great to have & are worth re-inking w/needed. Love your nails. I think nice looking nails add alot to videos. TFS, Toodles

Hi Gayle!! Long time!! I finally found the time to watch this video. Thanks for showing your process. I have so many scraps too and one of these days will make time to use them since I would feel terrible tossing them. I noticed in this video that in the upper left hand corner you have a stash of brown glimmering lace and I wanted to know where you got it from. Thanks if you remember and I am still using the paper I bought from you!! Hugs, Juliana

Sylvia, I only throw away the tiniest of pieces. I usually can see some use in most pieces. Like the tiny file folder pieces that ar snow word tiles!! It’s probably why I have a giant box of scrap paper!! Haha! ❤️

Gayle, could you tell me the finished size of a traveller,s notebook, please. Great ideas for cards, thank you 😃 I too have been stenciling the backgrounds of tags and papers. Looks more finished as you have discovered.
@gayleagostinelli_ct5 жыл бұрын
Brenda, the “official” size of a traveler’s notebook is 8 1/2 by 4 1/4. But I make mine 8 1/2 by 4 1/2. It seems silly to me to cut 1/4 of an inch of every single page! And they still fit just fine in any traveler’s notebook cover. Hope that helps! 😁❤️

I so enjoy watching your videos. I've been going through some older videos and I have to say I love your red nails in these! I have a question about thread. What is your go to easy color for using in your journals? I dont sew except for my journals and I use mainly a tan color myself. Also does the thread even have to be a higher quality? What is your preference?
@gayleagostinelli_ct4 жыл бұрын
I just use general purpose thread. I like a medium grey and for grungier projects, brown. 😁❤️

Hi Gail. My name is Linda and I have a KZbin channel called Linda sue plants for you. I also tend to make long videos. But my loyal Followers keep telling me the longer the better and I feel the same way about yours. I have been very ill and I’m battling cancer right now. I also broke my back so now I am bedridden. I could watch you for hours. You have a higher class technique than most. I hope you won’t take offense but do you have stock in the scissor manufacturer? You seem to have a new one in every video. Lololol. Take care
