In one of your videos i saw that you bought some machines that you didnt get delivered, if you can share what are the companies that you dont reccomend buying , and also if you reccomend an Indian company to buy melangers from what do you recommend ?

Hi! What caught my attention is the temperature of the chocolate molds. Usually I use them around room temperature, like 20°. Also helps setting coloured cocoa butter bombons. Why do you need them to be at 29°? Thank you
