I just noticed something: at 5:15, you can see the original beard, with everything on it - and how it's a gift from him. but Uncle Dane went a step higher. You see, if someone wanted to pass another beard off as Uncle Dane's OG beard, they could have made a steam account named Uncle Dane and replicated the description and title, making it hard to figure out which beard is legit. So, what Uncle Dane did, was make the gift date the 26th, therefore negating this possible confusion, as nobody would have had the foresight to gift a fake beard before the video came out.
