The most fun part I discovered for myself on aethersands was, I actually would have made more profit on sand alone if I just sold most of my sand, like 2/3 of the amountI farmed, (except for the yellow one) the day before the patch. It dropped from 4,5k on average to ~850 on my server.

Do you have the mid set melds? The teamcraft set meets the stat req.?

Yeah the Teamcraft Mid Tier and High Tier both are set in stone. They both meet all the stat reqs for these macros (I think, double check the numbers to make sure) but as far as I can see you can get by with either one. Link for all: guides.ffxivteamcraft.com/guide/crafting-melding-guide

Is there any list for "budget" / "casual" melds? Because crafter materia is such a pain to obtain I have yet to meld more than two materia into anything, so is there even anything you can do with that setup? (4750 CMS and 4575 Control, 550 CP (estimates)) (0 melds into main and offhand too)

Hmmm, I'd recommend checking out any of the level 98 crafts and seeing if you can make some of the HQ ones to sell. It won't be crazy amounts of profit, but it will give you something you can provide to the community. Otherwise, I would recommend doing Spiritbonding Gathering, as it's the easiest way to get some decent gil and can help fund other things. Video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rmmaiIWcq56aa7M

The question wasn't aimed at "what to do", more if there are crafting rotations that result in 100% HQ of the new materials even with simple melded gear. But thanks for the advice. While I have your attention: What is the reason to have so much CMS in the "budget" set in your spreadsheet? Does it reduce the amount of actions required at the start of the craft down to one Progress action under Muscle Memory & Veneration?

Hey guys. Every village has an idiot, and I am the one. My Blacksmith has craftmanship of 4803. Control 4407. My CP is 651. I used all HQ except for Mythloam Aethersand. I used budget macro and ran out of durability. I am sure I am messing up, and I would appreciate the Tenelen community's help. Another example of my stupidity, I'm looking for a macro with crafting ingredients into HQ. For example, when crafting sterling silver ingots, I always max out progress before I max quality. Thanks

My only guess: The stats listed are *before* the food buffs. Are you hitting those before food? For the Sterling Silver Ingot, on the "Legendary + Tome Mat Craft" page on the spreadsheet there are the purple colored columns for Macros, have you tried those ones?

I gotta some how get the high quality materials to craft the hq weapons cause with normal mats I can't make a high quality weapon my cp is like 640 with the food

Yeah...these crafts need a lot of CP for sure. You can craft the weapons still with that much CP, but you do need full HQ mats.
