it depends on you materials...vinyl should cut well, cardstock may not fair well..try intricate cardstock setting

You can only slice 2 layers at a a time... weld your text... if you ungrouped it that would make it several layers

You can not do print then cut on a joy. If you mean cut from vinyl or iron on …yes if you make it small enough but this type image won’t cut well when you make it small
