If you can’t download the Character Map UWP, you can still use the regular character map that is automatically installed on your computer.

As always Delonda, great video. Thanks. Can you teach me Silhouette Studio now pleeeeeeeeeease! I don't like that new text box in Cricut one little bit. You can't stretch the height of the letters like we used to except with the height box at the top and it changes it in big jumps!

That’s something I haven’t tried. I suggest finding a font with a tilted look on dafont.

Hi Delona, One little thing.. The wordmark only works when you use it in Microsoft Edge or Chrome. It does not show your downloaded fonts in other browsers (like Firefox or Safari). Your channel is really helpful and I appreciate all the things I learn from you! Thanks, Amy

True type font is the earlier version of the fonts that include glyphs.

Still not showing differences in offsets esp for single designs...i dont want to deal w texts. But created svgs with off set around them and the difference between die cut type or the other cut and not sure reg bleed issures..i tried a design simple one layer and it. The cricut kept trying to scan and not the design i prepped😢

I think I just found my new Cricut instructor! I'm new to this and many of the TEXT box tutorials are with machines showing the other box format, with the four icons - lock / undo / rotate...something else. I was lost from the start because my text box doesn't have this. I searched for a tutorial within the past few months, found Delonda, and hooray(!), your text box looks like mine! Thank you for the step-by-step lesson and making it feel easy - which is what we're supposed to feel with our Cricuts. Right? :)

Hi Delonda, I went to the creative fabrica website & downloaded (& paid for) the Samantha Upright font it only gives me 173 characters not the 2.000+ characters as you indicate on your video. Why am I not getting all of them? I especially wanted it for all the glyphs you said were in it.

You will probably be able to see the glyphs when you download the character map. I use character map UWP.

I just went back to Creative Fabrica and I noticed that the version of Samantha Upright that I used in this video is no longer available there. I did do a Google search and I can see that it is available on this website but I have not tried to download it.
