I accidentally was crocheting "inside out" and I had a bunch of color change yarn on the outside and had no idea why :D Thank you for this video

I've been watching so many videos and tiktoks about this and your video is the first to make it make sense. Thank you!

I had a left handed crocheter tell me I was doing it inside out and I got so confused. However this clearly shows I was doing it right. Thank you for the clear instructions.

Love this video as it’s straight to the point 🥹 no wonder why the patterns that I was doing was going really weird 😭

Seriously. Thank you endlessly, for the education. I just realized I've been working inside out for most of my much more simple amigurumi! LOL I want to finally get brave and do some CI patterns (I have a dragon stash of them as it is!) so yes. I'm going through your sl st, ch1 video next. That always makes me confused in being self taught.

5:19 - this is what happened with my first dragon's arms; I decided I didn't care that it had little yarn tails sticking out of its hands, because I could glue a card to those tails and then it would be "holding" the card (and then I paid much more attention to how the pieces wanted to curve so that they would all be right side out).

I am having a hard time with this. when I make my magic circle my non working yarn is hanging in the back , just like the video but I am still crocheting on the wrong side. Am I supposed to flip it to the correct side? Any help would be much appreciated.
@CraftyIntentions5 ай бұрын
Yes - Your work may naturally form inside out - you can just force it to be right-side out, and continue like that from early on. The key is to keep the "noodle" in the "bowl". Keep that starting yarn tail for your magic circle inside your work aka inside the bowl. I hope that helps!

I seriously just crocheted both arms and legs of the pixie inside out! Uh oh. My inexperience is showing lol. Now I know better for next time 😀

I just realised ivr been doing it won't all the time(╥﹏╥) that's why I thought my projects look better inside out which is the right side actually

Hi Megan, thank you for the helpful video! I'm currently making your dragon pattern and was wondering if the legs are meant to be crocheted with the wrong side facing outwards? When I make the bump stitches they want to go to the back of the work and then continue crocheting wrong side out. Should I be pushing the bumps to the front so I can work the legs right side out? Thanks! Zoe :)
@CraftyIntentions3 жыл бұрын
All pieces should be crocheted Right-Side out in all of my patterns, unless explicitly stated otherwise (None of my patterns say to do this, but I reserve the right to do it in the future soo...) You SHOULD be pushing the bumps to the front if they are pushed out the wrong /inside - You can always re-orient the bump that way.
