Fantastic layout. Macaroons and macarons are different cookies. 1 is made with blanched almonds and the other is made using coconut flakes.

That makes total sense and it’s now coming together. I didn’t know that but felt I was hearing them pronounced both ways. The coconut ones are my personal favorite
