I clicked on this video yesterday and immediately told me something went wrong and that the video was private. I thought I would never get to see it. I’m glad it’s no longer private today and I can actually watch it. Also, why a bag of sour patch kids, every single podcast? Like I really need to know every Nyle Naga podcast contains a bag of sugar candies. But he’s admitted that he does not use insulin so what’s the deal with that?

You actually have it backwards with being short in height. Generally you can grow muscle more easily when shorter and get much much stronger. Think about a bench press. You don’t have to move the weight as far. Strength is all about leverages. All power lifters know that shorter lifters will always build muscle easier for their frame and have far better lbs for lbs strength or even better overall strength because of shorter ROM if they are willing to get larger at a smaller height.

Craig seems like a nice guy but the stuff he saying doesn't really add up! Compared to other pros his diet and training regimen is mediocre yet maintains 330lbs relatively lean while cruising? And he doesn't touch insulin + GH?

Hey m8. Testimg Gh levels is kinda pointless. Top ifbb coaches like scott, and dave have gone over this. Gh pulses. Catching blood at peak pusling would have to be done in your sleep.
