My gripe last week with the analysis of Hunter is this: leading up to the show, he was releasing pics where he was looking really good and people started moving him into their top 5/6 Olympia predictions based off those pics. While he was improved in Italy and made improvement to his back, it looked like he was still holding a film of water which has been a problem in the past, and there were issues with his stomach and sternum. So yes while he did make improvements on stage, I think his package was a bit underwhelming compared to his pics. I think those issues needed to be discussed, not to bash him, but because they’re very valid reasons why he could be left out of the top 6. I think the sentiment on Hunters potential Olympia placing changed before and after Italy. I think maybe the lack of tone over text got lost in translation last week when I commented about Hunter, I didn’t mean to come off as confrontational

The points system could be something like this (for your bets): The higher the placing you guess wrong, the more you get penalized. 1. place = -1.00 points (for example: if your 1. place bet is third, you get penalized: 2 placings off x -1.00 points = -2.00 points) 2. place = -0.90 points (if your 2. place bet is fourth, you get penalized 2 x -0.90 points = -1.80 points) 3. place = -0.85 points 4. place = -0.80 points 5. place = -0.75 points (for example: if your 5. place bet is third, you get penalized: 2 placings off x -0.75 points = -1.50 points) 6. place = -0.70 points 7. place = -0.65 points 8. place = -0.60 points 9. place = -0.55 points 10. place = -0.50 points This way it is more crucial to get the higher places right. Maybe someone understands what i mean. =)

The thing about Presti and Bruno is that yes- they are close enough to where either one could take it and yea Bruno is more complete, etc. But, just a week prior, they gave Presti the nod over Bruno by 6 points. Then a week later they bring essentially the same packages and suddenly Bruno wins? I don't buy that, it'd be one thing if Presti won by 1 or 2 points and Bruno came back better, that would make sense but that's not what happened. No matter how you look at it, it's an inconsistency in the judging. How can a 6 point gap be closed and surpassed in a single week when they both brought similar packages? Let's not forget although Bruno was more complete, Presti was way more peeled, side and back legs destroyed Bruno's, Bruno also had trouble in transitions and his mid section suffered and got washed out whereas presti was hard as nails the whole time. It's just I consistent that's all. Don't care that Bruno won at all, just noticed the judging didn't make sense.
@VenTheXАй бұрын
Presti was 7 point leading in prejudging bruno was 3. 1hour before finals😂

Ok but lets assume something nefarious is going on. First of all what would it be? Second, why? Brunio doesn't have any big sponsors, he doesn't have a lot of money behind him, not super popular, he's relatively unknown. Fouad I love the idea of having a live scoreboard on open shows, giving the fans more visibility of scoring etc. Here’s my idea: the scoreboard represents the “fans score” where people can vote for who they think is best on stage and this is weighted on top of the standard bodybuilding criteria with the judges score. So let’s say it’s 30% muscularity 30% symmetry 30% conditioning 10% fans score. That way you incorporate more of what the fans actually want to see from BB these days. Then maybe an award for people’s champ who gets the most fan votes?

I do my cardio on the elliptical. And I prefer It over everything. I can keep the intensity to burn 700-750kcal/1h and does wonders for me. 0 impact on my joints because you never separate form the machine. And I never get burned out because the effort is more dissipated (?) between more muscles, not like a bike/stairs, that destroy my legs. In fact, my first prep ever, the bike made my legs disappear. Which did not happen when I did more preps using the elliptical .

There's nothing to complain about when it comes to the quality of the podcast. Of course, sometimes there are slip-ups, and occasionally a guest might have lower-quality equipment, but even those don’t bother me since they’re exceptions. As for the video, I believe many people, like myself, watch the video but don’t focus on it 100% of the time throughout the podcast. And that’s the beauty of podcasts, in my opinion. You can do other things while listening. As a heavy podcast consumer, I think the content and sound quality are the most important things. The video is mainly just a nice bonus. I would understand focusing more on video quality if you did more "interview-style podcasts," like Chris Williamson, for example
