Thank you for sharing such valuable information based in the foundation of our faith. What a blessing that the Holy Spirit dropped me off here today. One of the best podcasts on leadership I've been privileged to watch. Thank you for carrying that mantle with such dignity, humility and the inevitable flying C's.

Love your quote. Most leaders could learn so much from their mistakes if they weren't so busy denying them. So true!

As someone who tends to react in a crisis more than anticipate trends, I needed to hear this message.

Thank you! I got an A in my Operational Leadership class. My most commented on class discussion post is the one where I quoted this podcast and encouraged the class to be anticipatory leadership. Yes, I properly cited and referenced this material. The professor called it inspirational, encouraging, and an innovative perspective.

What is amazing abt the USA is its depths and heights of potential and practice in leadership. Yet, systemic racism, gross pharma corruption, black and white centric churches, political gaps, poverty et al exist. What this pastor has spoken abt is critical!

What to do when your boss is obsessed with your weaknesses than focusing on strengths? What if your boss is obsessed with what you said you wanted to do 10-12 years back and expects you to do it now.. ( for some timing is not problem, they just want you to keep words, they may not give you opportunity at right time, but expect you to keep words). One thing I realized, not everyone has capacity to see possibility, potential in people.

Ephesians 4:15, 4:25 the Truth will set you free….truth=you are totally forgiven, truth=God will help you if you ask, truth=you are divinely equipped to do the work God has given you, truth=things change, God is the great “i am”, the God of change, the God of the present, truth=principles, learn them. Don’t get stuck in DETAILS. Principles never change, because Truth does not change. Details do. Trendy things are “details”. Mini skirts, and bell bottoms used to be cool…the fashion industry changes for the reason of making MONEY. They even recycle the old “trends”. But you can continually learn, even more deeply, Godly Principles, every day, and never get to the bottom of your understanding. Truth is the ROCK, that is continually steady, and never changing. Build your house upon the Rock, like Jesus said to. Don’t wait for Satan to be on your side. He is trying to destroy the Truth by twisting it, and asking us to “doubt it”. It happened in the garden. But we have the Word of Truth and we have the Spirit of Truth living in us. Love IS important, BUT TRUTH PROTECTS LOVE.
