God bless Pastor Craig Groeschel, you are such a blessing to the body of Christ!

I found this podcast after being assigned to read leadership books or listen to leadership podcasts for work. I have read quite a few books and listened to a few podcasts so far, and most are full of fluff and BS with only a few great points in the material. I was pleasantly surprised that this podcast is nothing but great, hard hitting advice on how to become a better leader. I have to write up short reports on each book or podcast, and more than any other report I have done, this one is just full of quotes. I feel like every part of this podcast is great material with no fluff at all. I have subscribed and look forward to more of your content!

At the end of the day, people will follow a leader who is real than who is always right. Thank you Pastor Craig! While listening I am crying not because of sadness but tears of joy. The last pointer hit my heart. I realized that you dont need to be perfect leader but a leader who has transparency, integrity and vulnerable. In short, being just you not pretending to be somebody else. God bless you pastor and your team! Indeed, to God be all the glory.

To be a leader people loves to follow, we need a: Heart to care: -"I notice. You matter." Passion to inspire: -"Passion transforms a job into a calling." 💖 Willingness to empower: -"If we're delegating tasks, we're creating followers. If we delegate decisions, we're creating leaders." -"The only way we'll know if we can trust them, is to trust them." Thank you for sharing! 💕 Came here fr Spotify 😊

Great share and thank you I Absolutely agree! Leaders must inspire and empower as well as coach, never intimidate or dominate. Emotional Intelligence is not a flavor. Successful leaders have EI and love people. They share their journey and lessons learned. They are full of kindness.

A great leader only needs to be made in many brains. Organizers because this is something that can be studied carefully. A leader can command but not for himself but for the spread of the future throughout the world and it is very happy if our mission is all united towardsbuilding a future for the same if difficult

Amen. Great. I think genuinely caring for people with a deep love is powerful. In my management roles, or even as a subordinate, I genuinely care about people at a deep level. It's the love of God working in and through me. Humility of mind, meekness of heart, and giving lots of encouragement and appreciation. It's so rare that it goes a loooooong way and impacts people deeply. Because they just don't see it anywhere 😁👍

In Life it’s hard to know who you’ve helped if you ‘randomly’ show-up. Each one has potential to become someone’s lifeline resource. Yes, you may piss-off some, but once you’re told, “if it wasn’t for you I would’ve checked-out of Life today” - you come to know it was your assignment. Be willing to step into someone’s Life 🌎… its Significant. 💝☝️

What do you do when you don’t even know how i got into the situation i am in? Who is following me? How many people are there? What is the main priority of this situation? I would set some limits if i knew how big is the problem. To make others feel valued, you would need to KNOW your team members. I don’t know my “others”. I wish someone would tell me. I see my self as a “trouble shooter”. I am more interested in how to figure out WHAT is the problem? And what kind of attention does it need? Is it a relationship problem? Or an individual problem? Confidence? Arrogance? Need more rest? Ask questions of a person to help them see what they might want or need to do, or to make a decision, set a boundary, forgive, etc. Ask, so that they can feel empowered and “part of the whole”, so that they have “skin in the game”, or have invested in the responsibility of the assignment. Ask, to get data to solve, WITH the person. Find out what they feel they do that may give them the “feeling” that they are “sailing WITH the winds” what comes easily to them? Jesus came to serve, NOT to control or “force” something with others. He OFFERED himself. And did not give EXPECTATIONS that everyone would meet specific demands, and follow Him. I read on Pinterest: If you are annoyed with someone for not changing, then YOU are not changing. Jesus came for those who “needed” Him. Those were the only ones who WANTED to listen, and do His will. He taught the Principles, not the details so much. The principles would give the disciples what they needed to do the job as THEY saw fit.”If you think you can, you can. If you think you can’t, you can’t.”(Dave Ramsey) God will go with us as long as we will go with Him.
