I just started taking this 2 weeks ago & I feel more calmer, relaxed, eases the anxiety, more energy, eases nerve pain & best of all a good nights sleep. Also it helps with my thyroid as it is under reacting & I don't want to take the medication as I am hypersensitive to meds.

Magnesium helps, taking calcium too may not. Look up Ehlers Danlos may be contributing. Also, cervical spine is the 3rd most common area affected by rheumatoid arthritis. I get plenty of calcium from diet and notice when I forget to take magnesium. My neck pain didn’t improve until I cut out nightshades/properly prepared lectins… took ten years to find the answer… omega 3 helps too…

Thank you, Dr. Mandell! Perfect timing! While I'm working on using nutrition/supplements to reduce/eliminate the prescription meds (with great success, I might add), I've worked on and/or learned about replacements for most of my meds. Muscle relaxants are one of the few left. Magnesium will also help with my BP so it's on my list. I've been taking Vit D3 5,000 IU a day (based on your recommendation) for several months so, according to what you said in this video, I need to add magnesium ASAP! Actually, I should have added it months ago lol. Thank you so much for all the help you've provided me and thousands of your fans!

And myself I consume citrate magnesium but cannot understand why every morning I wake up with these pain in my leg so strong I feel it’s going to collapse that I have to wake up super fast and shake my leg and it’s because I’ve been consuming heavy calcium like feta cheese cottage cheese goat cheese and kefir yogurt which I saw it’s calcium level dose is 390mg . I ordered a Calcium Magnesium supplement today. I have muscle tightness, tense muscles...somedays I can barely get out of bed. A shower helps just a little. My inner gut was are you getting enoug Calcium? I take Vitamin D3 and he is correct...doesn't help much at all. My Cal-Mag supplement contains Calcium, Magnesium and D3...I think it has K2 as well. I am post menopause therefore need all I can get. Medical knowledge is key. Not on medication except for a 1/2 muscle relaxer which I am looking to stop taking..been on it on and off for about 10 yrs. Hopefully my supplement will help. If I go to the Dr I know they will suggest medication and surgery. I'm so tensed I have tension knots everywhere in my body...from my head to my pinky toe. Dr Mandell..many thanks. I pray Mag Calc help my body to get in a relax state. I've been tensed up for many years...a lot to do with stress but in a better place in my life. I eat pretty well for the most part...eat blueberries every morning with organic oatmeal. Whew..thanks to all that took the time to read this. Much love to all 💕

@saraperez1742 It does. The key is consistency. Also, it takes working on mind, body, and soul. Working on my inner self is helping a lot. Not a picnic in the park, but it's helping. I'm in the process of dealing with my stress-related issues... which include acceptance (accepting my life as it currently is) and acknowledging my wrongs in the marriage. Not taking the blame for his behavior, but acknowledging my own. That is a tough one when you've been hurt.❤️❤️

Bear in mind that you are God living as a state of consciousness there are innumerable states to chose from in a single lifetime chose one chose many but chose wisely. God is not a being outside of your self - God cannot be near as nearness implies separation. You are God. The Bible tells us that when we see him we shall be like him. Check any mirror. God the creator became man so that man could become God- -God is crucified upon man. None of the names in the biblical stories were of real people who lived. Those stories were analogies of the states of consciousness that will occupy because as man God is living the particular chosen state of consciousness. The resurrection is over but the crucifixion is ongoing with every birth. Do you know what your sins are? Sinning is missing the mark of loving, understanding, helping, accepting, knowing, being etc so forgive yourself often-- do not let the sun go down on your anger…..practice saying your true name-- I AM. That’s the name of GOD. Generator. Operator. Destroyer.
