I just started taking this 2 weeks ago & I feel more calmer, relaxed, eases the anxiety, more energy, eases nerve pain & best of all a good nights sleep. Also it helps with my thyroid as it is under reacting & I don't want to take the medication as I am hypersensitive to meds.

Magnesium stimulates a particular hormone, calcitonin, which helps to preserve bone structure and draws calcium out of the blood and soft tissues back into the bones, preventing osteoporosis, some forms of arthritis and kidney stones👍

Magnesium helps, taking calcium too may not. Look up Ehlers Danlos may be contributing. Also, cervical spine is the 3rd most common area affected by rheumatoid arthritis. I get plenty of calcium from diet and notice when I forget to take magnesium. My neck pain didn’t improve until I cut out nightshades/properly prepared lectins… took ten years to find the answer… omega 3 helps too…

Thank you, Dr. Mandell! Perfect timing! While I'm working on using nutrition/supplements to reduce/eliminate the prescription meds (with great success, I might add), I've worked on and/or learned about replacements for most of my meds. Muscle relaxants are one of the few left. Magnesium will also help with my BP so it's on my list. I've been taking Vit D3 5,000 IU a day (based on your recommendation) for several months so, according to what you said in this video, I need to add magnesium ASAP! Actually, I should have added it months ago lol. Thank you so much for all the help you've provided me and thousands of your fans!

Wow this explanation is so direct and transparent. My mother has her calcium levels high , kidney stones and cannot figure out how to bring them down or control it this is a start. And myself I consume citrate magnesium but cannot understand why every morning I wake up with these pain in my leg so strong I feel it’s going to collapse that I have to wake up super fast and shake my leg and it’s because I’ve been consuming heavy calcium like feta cheese cottage cheese goat cheese and kefir yogurt which I saw it’s calcium level dose is 390mg . Time to stop that and consume magnesium juice and supplement. Thanks doctor Thank you

OMG ! Doc thé effects of increased magnesium were immediate. Immediate! I have been taking it for years but still experienced the awful painful cramping that sometimes forced me out of sleep & off my bed & when you said you really can’t o-d on magnesium I made a drink of 2 heaping tsp of magnesium chloride crystals in about 8oz water. My neck- shoulder area just felt cool & relaxed. Honestly I could just cry my calves immediately stopped hurting & I wasn’t doing anything to cause pain- from my elbow to back of hand stiffness is almost gone. Omg omg what a révélation. What a day -I’m not afraid to go to bed 3:36 am. Thank you sir.

I ordered a Calcium Magnesium supplement today. I have muscle tightness, tense muscles...somedays I can barely get out of bed. A shower helps just a little. My inner gut was are you getting enoug Calcium? I take Vitamin D3 and he is correct...doesn't help much at all. My Cal-Mag supplement contains Calcium, Magnesium and D3...I think it has K2 as well. I am post menopause therefore need all I can get. Medical knowledge is key. Not on medication except for a 1/2 muscle relaxer which I am looking to stop taking..been on it on and off for about 10 yrs. Hopefully my supplement will help. If I go to the Dr I know they will suggest medication and surgery. I'm so tensed I have tension knots everywhere in my body...from my head to my pinky toe. Dr Mandell..many thanks. I pray Mag Calc help my body to get in a relax state. I've been tensed up for many years...a lot to do with stress but in a better place in my life. I eat pretty well for the most part...eat blueberries every morning with organic oatmeal. Whew..thanks to all that took the time to read this. Much love to all 💕

@saraperez1742 It does. The key is consistency. Also, it takes working on mind, body, and soul. Working on my inner self is helping a lot. Not a picnic in the park, but it's helping. I'm in the process of dealing with my stress-related issues... which include acceptance (accepting my life as it currently is) and acknowledging my wrongs in the marriage. Not taking the blame for his behavior, but acknowledging my own. That is a tough one when you've been hurt.❤️❤️

Bear in mind that you are God living as a state of consciousness there are innumerable states to chose from in a single lifetime chose one chose many but chose wisely. God is not a being outside of your self - God cannot be near as nearness implies separation. You are God. The Bible tells us that when we see him we shall be like him. Check any mirror. God the creator became man so that man could become God- -God is crucified upon man. None of the names in the biblical stories were of real people who lived. Those stories were analogies of the states of consciousness that will occupy because as man God is living the particular chosen state of consciousness. The resurrection is over but the crucifixion is ongoing with every birth. Do you know what your sins are? Sinning is missing the mark of loving, understanding, helping, accepting, knowing, being etc so forgive yourself often-- do not let the sun go down on your anger…..practice saying your true name-- I AM. That’s the name of GOD. Generator. Operator. Destroyer.

Thanks for this information I live in terrible pain I have spondylosis and osteoporosis and fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis And Degenerative joint disease i have had 8 vertebrae where my spinal cord was compressed have rod's in each vertebrae. I have some disease from birth which caused my back to be in the shape of the letter C and my neck has deteriorated causing my chin sits on my chest now. They said it was due to my rheumatoid arthritis other doctors said it was dystonia between that and the rod that starts in my head it's so miserable it feels like my head is going to explode. I also have huge hard knots in my shoulders from the surgery it causes chronic muscle spasms and I have chronic headaches from it. I also have tingling in my hands and feet burning pain i forget what it's called. I have had surgery twice in my hands for carpal tunnel syndrome and compressed nerves in both elbows twice not sure what causes this to happen just know it's miserable. I just had it on my right hand and elbow done now in November they will do my left hand and elbow. I had everything done before in 1982. Hopefully this will hold me until I'm gone. So, what you’re saying Doc, is that we should not get our calcium requirements from a supplement, but our Magnesium. Only question is, which, or how many types of Mags, should we take? Also can we take a combo of Mag/potassium vitamin? I am probably deficient in Cal/Mag/Potassium. Thank you.

If you listen to Ken Barry MD, he says throw out your calcium supplements. He discusses several evidence based studies that proves calcium causes all kinds of disease like cancer. Calcium has also proven to NOT strengthen bones but may increase bone density. So it may make your bones bigger but not stronger. Vitamin D, K and magnesium is what’s important.
