Clogged arteries result from the build-up of a substance called plaque in the arterial walls. It is also medically referred to as arterial plaque. This plaque can reduce blood flow or even block it altogether.
Clogged arteries increase your risk of developing other health complications like a heart attack or stroke.
Some of the most common risk factors for clogged arteries are:
High levels of LDL (bad cholesterol) or low levels of HDL (good cholesterol)
A high blood pressure
Smoking tobacco
Diabetes or elevated blood sugar levels
A family history of atherosclerosis or clogged arteries
Stress
Obesity
A sedentary lifestyle
Most cases of clogged arteries do not exhibit any symptoms until a heart attack or blood clot presents itself. However, in cases where 70% or more of the arteries are blocked, you will notice the following symptoms.
Severe cases of clogged arteries may exhibit symptoms like:
Shortness of breath
Sweating
Nausea
Chest pain or angina
Palpitations of the heart
Dizziness
Weakness

Yes Dr. Mandell, strokes run in my family. Also, my mother had the same operation as I did. It is hereditary and she did die of a stroke and both my grandmother's. I was and also my doctor was, very surprised I was so bad at only 57 yrs. old. I know all about strokes and 2 very long scars on both sides of my neck. My blood pressure was the give away. Extremely so high that I had to see a heart doctor who then sent me to a vascular surgeon. It's a scary thing.

Pro tip: Dice up some Honeycrisp apples to your preferred snacking size and place them in a ziplock bag then squeeze half of a lemon over top and toss. Keep them in the fridge and the longer you marinate them the stronger the lemon flavor will be, it also prevents oxidation.

Dr Madell: I’ve just recently given a go home and prepare to die diagnosis! Last week I had a coronary Angiogram I thought something was up because it seemed to me they pulled out rather early , the Dr came over to my side and said that they had ,because there was blockages in my three main arteries which led all the way up to my heart in the 98% to 99% in each artery! There was an appointment set up for the next day to speak to the head of cardiology there at the VA hospital in Denver! We went to the appointment and he said that it a three way bypass on me is “inoperable” because there is no place to cut and attach the replacement arteries ! 🤷🏻I have to admit that I was not prepared for that! Usually docs are prepared to cut! At least that’s what I expected. He asked me a lot of Questions I’m sure you know what they were! The answers kind of threw him for a loop! I’m 76, not decrepit! I’m basically a ranch hand on our ranch in Colorado! I get a little winded And I have angina when I hit it a little hard ! Walk up a two three story house all day everyday ! Don’t drink ,don’t smoke! It was like this doctor could not figure out why I didn’t come in there in a wheel chair or with a cane? I’ve got One kidney because my other kidney had renal cancer& was taken out! Because In Vietnam I was contaminated with Agent Orange! The renal cancer tried to get my other kidney but was found early enough to be killed with cryotherapy, then it attached my pancreas a year later which is totally a death sentence! Then was able to go to a specialist specialist with the cyber knife, computerized photon therapy they were able to knock that spot out! I have been in remission for two years now . And now this! I have always tried to keep in good shape! I admit I’m slowing down but always have something to do! I am a man of faith, and believe in prayer! My wife and I have had a really good life style especially for the past 23 years since I was also diagnosed with type 2 diabetes ! I am not prone to being mentally depressed or thrown off by these physical setbacks! So I’m bound and determined to try your Elixirs that are prone to reversing the plaques in my arteries! So my wife and I made a large batch of the 1 gallon recipe, which is cooling as I rite this! And while we were mixing that and cooking it , we made the smoothie recipe of yours that is supposed to work the same magic on the arteries! From what I read there are more than three arteries and in some people an extra main artery? The doctors mentioned nothing about this! ? But what am I still walking around for and working!? The smoothie was great! I love your videos! I’m watching all of them! So is my wife I’m hoping that the ones on the back will help her! She fell and broke her back last year! You know if you wait around for these doctor appointments you could die, from something they could have prevented!! So a person needs to be proactive in their health and healing! As you teach in your videos! We have taught our daughters the same thing! Thank you love to you sir, and God bless!!! Regards Mike and Lisa S.

This man is a treasure. These work. I feel so good. I was so scared of having a heart attack after the jab I was getting weird feelings. This made it go away. I had to prolong this formula for 2 weeks at a time for 3 months and it was able to make sure all the arteries didn't clog up. I've seen the literature of many coroners' reports of people who died from myocarditus. It was worse than a lifetime long smoker piled onto an over obese person. Nothing compared to that amount of plaque build up in the arteries, so this helped profoundly.

Thank you Dr. Mandell. I am chronically hypertensive and take a medication; my cholesterol levels are also high. I've taken this artery cleaning concoction and noticed right away a significant decrease in my blood pressure. So much so, I skip my BP meds the next morning. It went from 159/95 to 107/75. I'm a nurse and have been monitoring my BP closely. I am due for a medical check-up within 28 days, and plan to have my cholesterol checked to see if there are any improvements. You're right, the drink does not taste bad at all. I take it by 10am because that's when I break my fast each day, and I'm feeling full. I seem to feel lighter since taking it, and is beginning to loose weight as well. Again thank you. You are truly a God-send.

First time in years, I even had the energy to lift weights in the morning, even though I did that 36 hours ago in the evening. I feel lighter, less bogged down, breathing better, less anxious, and I think I already lost some belly (the heavy weights also play a part in that) My cat seems to enjoy being on top of my belly even more! MY BLOOD PRESSURE HISTORY Sometime in 2016 I was prescribed Atenolol 25 mg AM and 25 mg PM to control my blood pressure. It worked until one day in October 2022 when blood pressure reached 178/94 despite taking Atenolol as prescribed. Appointment with heart doctor followed by change in prescription and now I was prescribed Amlodipine/Benazepril 5-10 mg one time a day and Atenolol 25 mg one time a day. Blood pressure reduced however occasionally would still be as high as 154/90 even with the new prescription. I started exercising and that helped to reduce pressure a bit but it would still register 145/88 often while still taking the medication. Heart doctor set me up for testing and told me the bad news. Calcium score was 3921 the highest she has seen and a defect in bottom part of the heart and she wanted an angiogram done. She also wanted to put me on Statin drugs. As of that time did not have a stroke or heart attack, so I elected to do some research on line. Angiogram can be a fix but a change of diet, weight loss and exercise is still needed otherwise there would be more angiograms or back for a fix on original. Then I came across this Dr. Mandell video on protocol clearing Calcium from the arteries. Recalling what my heart doctor said that there is no reversing the blocked arteries but preventing additional buildup taking Statin drugs, I thought about it and decided there was nothing to loose trying Dr. Mandell’s protocol. I was religious about following Dr. Mandell’s protocol, changed my eating habits even more and started exercising every day when I could, lost weight and it took a while and started getting better blood pressure readings. Sometime in early February my blood pressure reading went down to as low as 110/60. So I started to skip one day of medications and made an appointment with the heart doctor. So five days before visit I stopped taking medications for high blood pressure. At doctor’s office blood pressure was 140/80 so she changed my medication and now I took Amlodipine Besylate 5 mg and Lisinopril 5 mg one a day each. That was on February 28, 2023. To make a long story short, I stopped taking all blood pressure medications in mid March 2023. As of right now April 30, 2023 my blood pressure reads 134/79. I will be 73 years old in June. No more blood pressure medications and my blood test normal, no statins needed. THANK YOU DR. MANDELL

They did nothing to proliferate disease agents, they didn't do anything to trigger tsunamis, etc. God is responsible for the abuse of Africa, exposing the land. God had set respect the earth; God had said don't eat certain things because they are not good for you. Humans do what they want and blame God. Even if God is not real, humans are to blame for most of the atrocities today and only a blind hypocrite will deny. Look again and check yourself. @@bingbangboom9008 I don't know why this seems so ridiculous to you. Have you tried it? Maybe you're sensitive to pepper in which case I understand your concerns.. but chili, garlic and (if added) ginger are similar "acquired tastes" with that certain kick in smoothies/juices. As someone who can eat raw ginger like it's nothing (love the punch) I feel I'm a bit biased, but it's really not a big deal and actually kinda nice (and you're not just mixing water and pepper, the fruit juices complement it). No need to tune it out imo. It also increases the bioavailability of curcumine (turmeric), so it's kinda necessary for the turmeric to do its thing.

I've been doing a ½tsp mix of tumeric, cayenne pepper, black pepper and 1±tsp honey in a hot tea like mix each morning. Let set 5minutes then drink it down. Then wait ½hr before eating. It was suggested I should add 1tps apple cider vinegar and some extra virgin olive oil. I'm going to try and add your drink to my daily routine. 👍👍I get blood work every 3 months. Wish me well. 😉 My A1C dropped from 7.3 to 6.9.😉😁 I've also started taking a multi vitamin and my doctor was very impressed with my recent blood work. I'll soon be 66yrs old. May God bless and keep you well. Amen
