Crank Brothers EggBeaters easy fix
Wings fix - U`ll need just 2 open end wrenches no13 (its easier :) ) and spiral threaded bar no8
Coil Spring fix - U`ll need allen key no10 and socket wrench no4
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Coil spring tutorial in video is for pedals made 2008. year and before.
For pedals 2008. - till today, U need to twist spring hook outward in opposite direction because inner wing squeeze coil hook from "outside"

Works on the Candy ones as well. Since I don't have (and don't wish) to use appropriate shoes I removed the X-mechanism and the springs altogether. Thank you for this video. It shows how to seperate the lot.

Nicely done video... I did not understand the language, but the fix was exactly what I was looking for. My EggBeater Ti pedals are for crap in terms of the spring tension and factory build. I hope they hold up better after I rebuild them. Thanks for this video.
