Technically the fuel pump relay is on passenger side door right by the glove compartment.

Come to find out i never ruled out the fact i ran outta gas.

The fuel pump is just behind you while in driver's seat, under the bottom of back seat, what you sit on, about center. Easy to hear the couple second priming hum while turning key. Also easy enough to check critical fuses. Pull and look at them.

So i bought 10 new batteries 5 new ground cables a couple jump packs come to find out it wasn't any of that. I knew it turned over fine and the headlights worked but for some reason i just knew it had to be the battery! What in the holy fuck is going in this video. I swear I was waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out and say im being punked.

I had the same problem there is four things inside the distributor that can go wrong I suggest replacing the whole thing distributor that is it will cure your problem

Also if you loosen the bolt and open the fuel filter then try to turn it over once and come back to the engine bay if it's working fuel would have squirted out.
