BMW M57 Fuel Injectors + Turbo Chargers Installation

In this video, we going to install the fuel injectors, the exhaust manifold, the turbo chargers and some bits around them. Pretty much, the engine will be ready, for installation in the engine bay after this video.
The car which we are working on : BMW E63 M57TU2D30 TOP ( 306D5 ) 286 hp.

Hello, I have a BMW X5 E70 2007 with engine M57d30 306D3 can I install a better turbo than I have now I have a single turbo 235hp I thought use a slightly bigger turbo it works or not? if so does it need an exhaust manifold or not?

If I want to replace the small turbo, it can be done from the top of the engine, right? I mean no need to do anything under the car? No gasket between turbo and exhaust manifold?

You've installed a used gasket for the bigger turbocharger? Have I seen wrong? 🙂

I definitely recommend using manifold gaskets when installing turbochargers so, do not recommend installing used ones. 😉

Hello Dear Brother, pls I need your help. I watched a video you posted 2019 about replacement of solieloid valve of peugeot 407 gearbox. Pls, my peugeot 407 has same issue (Automatic gearbox faulty ) I have detected the bad solenoid valves, they were 3 out of six. But I don't know where to buy new valves to replace bad ones. I have searched for it on Aliexpress but cannot find the exact ones. Pls, help me out to get direct sellers. It was exactly same gearbox number like the one you worked on. PLS HELP ME.. It was a peugeot 407 2004 and the Title of the video you posted then was "Automatic gearbox in limb mode ". Pls, assist to get the right link I will buy the solenoid valves from. Great job you did.
